Job summary

World Vision Australia seeks a Dynamics 365 Developer to deliver analysis, development and configuration across our Dynamics 365 by supporting Business Systems including Power Platform. Based in Burwood East, you will work within a dynamic team to deliver scalable solutions for grants, sponsorships and supporter relations.

You will join a permanent, full-time role with emphasis on D365, CRM, ERP development and modern Microsoft tech, including Power Apps and Azure integrations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Dynamics 365/CRM/ERP development and customisations with Power Platform skills.
• Strong experience across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power FX and related Microsoft technologies.
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, C#, and integration with Azure services; Agile/Scrum experience.
• Experience designing and developing on Power Portal and automating deployments with Azure DevOps.
• Degree-level IT qualification; certifications such as AZ-900, PL-900, PL-100/PL-200/PL-400 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, configure, test and support World Vision Australia business solutions directly or with guidance.
• Administer and configure solutions to automate processes using forms, workflows, and notifications.
• Perform coding to technical specifications and standards.
• Analyze defects and requests, identify causes, and resolve issues effectively.
• Work on incidents, changes, and support project implementations.
• Develop and support interfaces between Business Systems and related systems.
• Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure high quality products.
