Job summary

Avanade is seeking a D365 Field Services Support Engineer to join our Melbourne-based Managed Services team. You will provide technical support across Dynamics 365 Field Service, Dataverse, and related platforms, collaborating with clients to resolve issues and implement fixes in live environments.

The role focuses on work order management, scheduling, mobility, and integrations, requiring strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving in a hybrid client-facing setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dynamics 365 Field Service, Power Platform, or related live client environments.
• Experience with work order management, asset tracking, resource scheduling, Field Service mobile, SIT, UAT, and go-live activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support across Dynamics 365 Field Service, Dataverse, and related tools.
• Resolve application issues and support configuration requests with stakeholders.
• Deliver low-to-medium complexity fixes and improvements in active client environments.
