Job summary

BULL-IT SOLUTIONS LTD in Australia is seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform developer to design, customize and deploy end-to-end CRM solutions. You will work across Power Apps, Power Automate and Canvas Pages, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver commands on time.

Ideal candidates bring strong .NET/SQL skills, CRM depth and hands-on experience with Agile delivery, Azure DevOps, and modern CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Custom Pages, Canvas Apps and Power Pages.
• Solid knowledge of .NET technologies, SQL Server, Power Platform and SSRS reporting.
• Good understanding of CRM functional areas including Sales Automation, Marketing Automation and Customer Service Management.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience delivering end-to-end Dynamics CRM/365 implementations across multiple versions.
• Knowledge of solution management, deployment processes and environment migration strategies.
• Experience in Agile development environments.
• Proficiency with Jira, Azure Boards, TFS and Git for project tracking and source code management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assigned development and enhancement tasks within agreed timelines.
• Prepare technical design documents, solution specifications and supporting project documentation.
• Develop, customize and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions.
• Perform unit testing and support SIT and UAT.
• Investigate and resolve defects, apply code fixes and implement minor enhancements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Support end-user training, production deployments and post-implementation activities.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
