Job summary

Peoplebank is seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant for a 12-month contract in Brisbane, within the energy sector. You will drive digital transformation by translating business needs into CRM solutions and aligning with stakeholders, architects and developers.

You will apply proven Dynamics 365 CRM implementations and strong workshop skills to shape CRM capabilities, improve processes, and deliver critical business outcomes for a large enterprise.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations
• Experience as a Functional Consultant and/or Business Analyst
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM modules such as Sales, Customer Service and Marketing
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation capabilities
• Experience supporting UAT and implementation activities
• Ability to work effectively across business and technical teams

Join a large-scale digital transformation program and play a key role in delivering and optimising Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions within a complex enterprise environment.

Working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams, you will translate business requirements into effective CRM solutions, supporting the successful delivery of CRM capabilities and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
