Job summary

TL Consulting Group, based in Melbourne, seeks an experienced CRM Developer to design, develop, and implement CRM solutions. You will customize fields, workflows, and dashboards, and extend CRM capabilities with plugins, APIs, and integrations, including Power Apps Portals and Dataverse.

The role requires strong front-end development experience, API knowledge, and collaboration with stakeholders to align CRM with business goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT.
6+ years as a CRM Developer, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Experience with other platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot is considered.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement CRM solutions, workflows, and customizations based on business requirements.
Customize CRM fields, views, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
Extend CRM capabilities by developing custom plugins, APIs, and integrations.
Proven experience with Power Apps Portals/ Pages and integrating front-end components with Portal; 3+ years experience.
Proven experience as a Front-End Developer with UI skills and reusable components.
Develop custom Power App components used across the portal.
Integrate Power Portals with Dataverse, Dynamics 365, and other systems using APIs.
