Job summary

MYKEY People seeks a CRM Dynamics 365 Developer to join our Advice & Customer Technology team in Australia. You will design, develop and enhance Dynamics 365 solutions supporting our financial services business, delivering reliable CRM functionality and enterprise integrations.

You will build custom tables, entities, forms, workflows and RESTful APIs, collaborating with analysts, testers and partners. The role requires hands-on delivery in a multi-disciplinary scrum environment and a strong

Qualifications

Essential criteria include 3+ years in multi-disciplinary Scrum teams.
Qualifications include tertiary IT-related studies.
Experience in Dynamics 365, Azure, Git, DevOps and Azure DevOps with Miro is preferred.

Responsibilities

Participate in the full development lifecycle of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
Configure and customise Dynamics 365 applications to support workflows.
Develop custom tables, entities, forms, views, dashboards, and rules.
Build Power Automate flows and user-friendly CRM experiences.
Develop RESTful APIs and integration components linking Dynamics 365 with third-party systems.
Collaborate with leaders, analysts and testers to translate requirements into solutions.
Contribute to design decisions, coding standards and practices.
Support deployments across environments per lifecycle management policies.
