Job summary

Australian Venue Co. is seeking experienced Duty Managers to join our Darwin venues. You will lead day-to-day operations, support teams, and ensure the highest service standards to create memorable guest experiences.

We are offering permanent full-time roles with a rotating roster including nights, weekends and public holidays. Salary negotiable from $79k to $99k depending on experience, with a strong focus on career development and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a relevant hospitality role.
• Strong food and beverage knowledge.
• Ability to manage staff, stock, opening and closing procedures.
• A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Ability to remain calm and effective in a busy environment.
