You'll work closely with our Optometrists to balance professional eye care with stylish eyewear, manage rosters and budgets, and coach your team to achieve exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

As a Store Manager, you’ll lead the day‑to‑day operations of your store and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Working closely with our Optometrists, you’ll ensure a seamless blend of professional eye care and stylish eyewear.

Key Responsibilities

Skills & Experience

We’re looking for a motivated and organised leader who thrives in a customer‑focused environment and enjoys helping others succeed.

You’ll bring:

• Previous leadership experience in retail (title isn’t important – if you’ve coached people and driven results, we want to hear from you)
• Experience supporting or contributing to rosters, labour planning, or store performance – we’ll help you grow your capability in these areas.
• A passion for delivering great customer experiences – we’ll teach you the optical retail side.
• An interest in developing skills in decision‑making, coaching, and team culture – we support your growth.
• No optical experience required – some of our best store leaders joined from outside the industry.

Work in our Westfield Parramatta store, conveniently located in the heart of Western Sydney with easy access from nearby suburbs such as Rosehill and Westmead. With Parramatta Station just a short distance away, convenient bus connections and plenty of on‑site parking available, commuting to and from the store is simple and stress‑free.

Commute: 30‑minute drive from City. 8‑minute drive to City Centre. City buses are available. Buses stop on the right side of Whitehorse Road.
