Matthew Flinders Anglican College – Buderim QLD is seeking a dedicated science teacher to deliver engaging, innovative and inclusive lessons for students across Years 7–12. The successful candidate will have the ability to teach Chemistry, Physics or Biology at senior level and contribute to a dynamic, collegial learning environment.

Qualifications

• Current Teacher Registration with the QLD College of Teachers, or ability to achieve registration.
• Experience teaching secondary science across multiple disciplines would be advantageous.
• Ability to engage data-informed instructional strategies and understand curriculum, assessment and student achievement.
• Create a culture of learning through effective planning, student management and resource organisation.
• Proactive commitment to professional learning and collaboration to enhance student engagement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, innovative and inclusive science lessons for Years 7–12.
