Job summary

Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a Sales & Customer Service Officer for our Mascot Off Airport team on a full-time basis. You will greet customers, process rentals, upsell products, and deliver excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

We welcome candidates with sales or retail experience and strong communication skills. A valid Australian driver’s license and full working rights are required to join our global mobility leader.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer service or retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Confident using computer systems and technology.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in renting vehicles based on their preferences and needs.
• Process rental agreements accurately and efficiently.
• Promote and upsell additional products and services.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Inspect vehicles before and after rental periods and note damages.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, services and products.
