Job summary

AUM Global Migration and Education is seeking a Registered Migration Agent to join our team in Melbourne or Sydney. You will provide professional migration advice to corporate and individual clients, managing matters from initial consultation through to application outcome.

Ideal candidates will have OMARA registration, 2–4 years of migration experience, and strong written and verbal communication skills, with knowledge of Australian visa pathways.

Qualifications

• Current registration as a migration agent with OMARA.
• Experience handling Australian visa applications and advising clients.
• 24 years of migration industry experience.
• Knowledge of Australian migration legislation, policy and procedures.
• Experience with employer-sponsored, skilled and temporary visa pathways.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage deadlines.
• Attention to detail and client-focused service.
• Hindi and/or Punjabi language skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic migration advice to corporate and individual clients.
• Assess eligibility and identify suitable visa pathways.
• Prepare, lodge and manage visa applications.
• Liaise with DoHA, ART, assessing authorities and employers.
• Monitor case progress and provide timely client updates.
• Prepare high-quality submissions and client correspondence.
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver professional service.
• Keep up to date with migration changes.
• Work collaboratively with the wider team.
