Job summary

Equans ANZ is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support the Electrical and Communications division in Thebarton, SA. You will work with project managers to ensure seamless delivery of complex projects, coordinating clients, subcontractors and internal teams with a focus on milestones, documentation and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in electrical or communications projects, is highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience engaging with operational teams and subcontractors.
• Ability to make decisions, solve problems and drive outcomes.
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Resilient, positive attitude with a willingness to step in and get things done.
• Experience in fast-paced electrical, communications, construction or infrastructure environments.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of project coordination activities and be the central contact for milestones, documentation, resources and compliance.
• Coordinate clients, suppliers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Prepare and manage project documentation including work orders, invoices, SWMS and tenders.
• Assist with cost tracking, budgeting and cost reporting.
• Coordinate labour and materials and schedule technicians.
