Equans Australia and New Zealand is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support project managers across the electrical and communications portfolio in Adelaide. You will coordinate stakeholders, manage milestones, and ensure documentation and cost tracking stay on track.

Qualifications

  • Experience coordinating multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
  • 5+ years in electrical or communications industries preferred.
  • Ability to challenge delays and keep projects on track.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of project coordination and milestones.
  • Act as contact for clients, suppliers and internal teams.
  • Prepare documentation, manage cost tracking and tenders.
  • Coordinate labour, scheduling and timesheet accuracy.

Equans is seeking a high-performing professional to support our Project Managers and ensure the seamless delivery of complex projects across South Australia.We are seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident Project Coordinator to play a pivotal role in supporting our growing pipeline of projects within our Electrical and Communications division in our Thebarton office.This role will be working alongside dedicated Project Managers, you will play a key role in the planning and coordination of various project initiatives.
