Job summary

Ladybird Nursery, a North Brisbane garden centre and online nursery, is seeking a Retail Operations & E-Commerce Coordinator. This hands-on role spans the busy retail nursery and our online store, with you on your feet outdoors handling stock and assisting customers.

You will manage online orders, stock control, merchandising, and use POS and other systems, while contributing to efficient daily operations and a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Energetic and productive in fast-paced environments.
• Able to learn quickly and adapt to technology.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Willing to handle physical tasks in nursery retail.
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, dispatch, warehousing or operations is valued.
• Plant knowledge is helpful but not required.
