ALH Hotels’ Hinterland Hotel / Motel on the Gold Coast is seeking an energetic Assistant Manager to own the floor across bar, bistro, events, and motel operations.

Qualifications

• RSA/RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers Licence (state requirements).
• Experience in hospitality with bar, bistro or gaming room supervision.
• Willingness to lead a multi-department venue on a dynamic shift.

• Support Publican to run pub safely with great vibe.
