Job summary

Pinpoint Property Recruitment's client is a leading provider of facilities services across commercial, industrial, healthcare, education and government sectors. An Estimator is sought to join a small, dynamic commercial team.

You will price services, develop labour, material and time costings, and maintain pricing models to support bids and quotes for internal and external stakeholders. The role involves reviewing client documents and preparing reports to guide tender strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial cleaning or facilities services, demonstrating exposure to labour models.
• Knowledge of financial modelling, pricing tools and benchmarks.

Responsibilities

• Pricing of services across cleaning, catering, security and hard facilities services.
• Identifying and computing the cost of labour, materials and time requirements for the work to be carried out.
• Contributing to and maintaining pricing models to support the bidding process.
• Providing advice and support to Business Development Managers and the Commercial Manager/Estimators at a State and National level in order to prepare responses and quotations.
• Reviewing, analysing and understanding client documents, including Briefs, Conditions, Contracts, Scope of Works, Specifications and Service Agreements.
• Preparation of special reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising information and trends.
• Stakeholder management and reporting, including formalised presentation of tenders to the C-suite level.
