Job summary

Children’s Village is seeking a motivated Childcare Educator with a Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care. You will engage with children and families, support educators in programming, and create a warm, inclusive learning environment in line with EYLF and NQS requirements.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Cert 3, have strong communication skills, WWCC and First Aid/Anaphylaxis training, and are committed to child safety and teamwork within a supportive,

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Understanding of EYLF and NQS.
• WWCC, First Aid and Anaphylaxis training (or willing to obtain).
• Working with Children Check clearance.
• At least 2 professional referees.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, educators and staff.
• Contribute to the educational program under the direction of the Room Leader.
• Assist with the smooth running of the room in line with regulations and policies.
