Job summary

ANZUK Education in Coburg, Melbourne is seeking a passionate early childhood educator to join our not-for-profit, community-based service. As a Diploma or Certificate III qualified educator, you will work with the Lead educator to create engaging, child-led experiences and bring the EYLF to life in the early years room.

You will embed VEYLDF into everyday teaching, plan with infants, and build strong relationships with children and families.

Qualifications

• Holds a Certificate III Diploma of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA equivalent qualification.
• Has at least 2 years of experience working with children (excluding placement experience).
• Brings creativity, enthusiasm, and a consistently positive attitude to the learning environment.
• A proactive self-starter with a genuine passion for taking initiative, leading activities, and creating a vibrant classroom culture.
• Skilled in embedding the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF) into everyday teaching.
• Has experience in planning and working with infants.
• Communicates effectively with team members, children, and families, both verbally and in writing.
• Holds a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC), First Aid, and CPR certification.
• Has full working rights in Australia.
