Job summary

The Point’s Sydney venue is seeking experienced Duty Managers to lead a fast-paced, guest-focused team across multi-level bars, a Bistro, gaming facilities, and accommodation. This role requires confident leadership, strong communication, and a passion for delivering top-tier hospitality.

Ideal candidates have prior senior supervisory or duty manager experience in a pub setting, with the ability to motivate teams and connect with a diverse clientele.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Duty Manager or Senior Supervisor in a multifaceted pub is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to connect with a diverse and loyal clientele.
• Strong leadership to inspire and guide the team toward success.
• Gaming experience is advantageous to oversee gaming facilities.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with high energy and excitement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily venue operations and guest experience across multiple levels.
• Lead, coach and develop front-of-house and gaming staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Ensure compliance with safety, licensing, and brand standards.
