Job summary

Belgravia Leisure is seeking enthusiastic Duty Managers to join our team across all facilities in Australia. The role focuses on coordinating daily operations with a strong emphasis on safety and high-quality service delivery for our patrons.

You will be energetic, outgoing and possess outstanding communication skills to ensure a safe, enjoyable visit. This casual position may require early mornings, evenings and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership experience with an ability to inspire others.
• Understanding of OHS and public safety applications within the facility.
• Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certificate.
• National Police Check.
• VIC Working with Children Check.
• Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate.
• Current Pool Operations Certificate (preferred).
• Legally entitled to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day facility operations with a focus on safety and service quality.

About the Role

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and friendlyDuty Managersto join the team, across all facilities. The Duty Manager’s primary responsibility is to co-ordinate day to day operations of the facility with the highest regard to safety and high quality service delivery.

You will have a passion for safetyaround the water. You should be energetic, dynamic, outgoing and fun. You will need outstanding communication skills and a commitment to customer service excellence to ensureour patrons safely enjoy their visit every time.

Successful applicants will demonstrate the ability to communicate and interact effectively with students that have a diverse range of ages, abilities, cultures and needs.

This is a casual position, which may include early morning, evening and weekend shifts.
