  • Ensure high standards across accommodation, grounds, activities, food and beverage, cleanliness and customer service.
  • Support guest arrivals and departures, including check‑ins, check‑outs and coach group arrivals.
  • Respond to guest enquiries and complaints, providing effective service recovery and escalating issues where required.
  • Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, WHS and other relevant regulations.
  • Manage the after‑hours phone and call‑outs, assisting with emergencies in line with RAC procedures.
  • Complete nightly venue closures and provide clear overnight reports and handovers to ensure continuity between shifts.
What you’ll bring to the team

  • A calm, professional and decisive approach when managing operational issues or emergencies.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and confidently as the senior operational representative on site during evenings and after hours.
  • A hands‑on approach, with the flexibility to work across all areas of the Resort when required.
Must have:

  • Current Approved Manager’s Licence, or willingness to obtain.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Tourism/Hospitality Management or equivalent are an advantage.
  • Must be available to work late afternoon and evening shifts and manage the after‑hours phone.
