Job summary

Bank Street Social in Adelaide is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to lead our busy late-night venue, with a focus on quality cocktails, local beer and premium spirits. This role requires strong leadership, hospitality excellence and the ability to work nights and weekends.

Job description

Bank Street Social is looking for an experienced and energetic Duty Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for quality drinks, fast-paced service, strong leadership and great hospitality.

About the Role:

You’ll be working in a busy late-night venue with a strong focus on cocktails, local craft beer and wine, and premium spirits. We’re open 7 nights a week, with late service on weekends, so Friday and Saturday availability is essential.

Previous management experience is required for this role. We're looking to fill 3 to 4 shifts per week, however a full-time position may be available for the right candidate.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a fast-paced bar or club environment
• Strong cocktail knowledge and confidence behind the bar
• Familiarity with premium spirits, local beer and SA wine
• Great attitude and communication skills
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure as part of a team
• Current RSA and RP badge
• Minimum 2 years in a leadership/management role or similar in hospitality
• A solid understanding of back of house operations
• Knowledge on late night trading compliance and regulations
