Job summary

NRW Civil & Mining is seeking experienced load-and-haul operators for a FIFO role from Perth to the Castle Hill site in Western Australia. The successful candidate will operate CAT 785 trucks in a mining production environment, adhere to safety standards, and contribute to a collaborative, value-driven team culture.

We welcome applicants with 3–5 years of mining experience, a current Australian manual driving licence, and a flexible, can-do attitude.

• Experience operating CAT 785 trucks in a mining production environment.
• 3–5 years of hands-on mining experience preferred.
• Australian Manual Drivers Licence required.
• Demonstrated safety and NRW values alignment.

Job description

Castle Hill is a gold site in the Goldfields. Site isabout 510kms north-east of Perth, 40km north of Coolgardie and 50kmnorthwest of Kalgoorlie. NRW have been awarded the contract byEvolution Mining (Mungari) Pty Ltd for the surface mining at CastleHill. NRW will provide earthworks, load and haul, drill andblast (via Action Drill & Blast) and construction of supportingfacilities on-site

What we are looking for:

• Experience with CAT 785 trucks in mining productionenvironment
