WorkPac is seeking a Dump Truck Operator for a coal mine in the Hail Creek region, located about 125km from Mackay. You will operate CAT 793 or Komatsu 960 haul trucks within the production department, on a 12.5-hour day and night shift on a 7/7 roster (Wed–Tues).

Ideal candidates have coal mine dump truck experience, hold a current Standard 11 and Coal Board Medical (or are willing to obtain), and can pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screens.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Dump Truck Operator on a coal mine.
• Current Standard 11 and Coal Board Medical or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen.

What You Will Be Doing

You will be working as a Dump Truck Operator on a coal mine in the Hail Creek region. You will be required to safely operate CAT 793 or Komatsu 960 Haul Trucks and will be working within the production department. The successful candidate will be working 12.5-hour shifts on a 7/7 roster, day and night shift Wed-Tues. These roles are available to BIBO (Mackay), DIDO and residential candidates.

What you will need

• Previous experience working as a Dump Truck Operator on a coal mine
• A current Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical or be willing to attain this.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
