Job summary

Yancoal operates eight producing coal mines across Australia and seeks experienced Dump Truck Operators for on-site work at Yarabee Mine in Queensland. You will operate KOMATSU 730E/830E/930E Electric Haul Trucks and CAT 789 Mechanical Haul Trucks to support production targets while adhering to safety procedures.

On offer is a competitive hourly rate of AUD 67.86 with long-term career pathways and a supportive team within a well-established mining operation.

Qualifications

• Experience operating KOMATSU 730E/830E/930E Electric Haul Trucks and CAT 789 Mechanical Haul Trucks.
• Current Standard 11 and Coal Board Medical are required.
• Valid Driver's Licence and a strong safety focus.

What You Will Be Doing

We are seeking Dump Truck Operators to commence within the Production team on site at Yarabee Mine. Operators need to hold proven experience operating KOMATSU 730E/830E/930E Electric Haul Trucks and CAT 789 Mechanical Haul Trucks

Additional duties include:

• Completing pre-start checks and following all site safety procedures
• Maintaining production outputs to meet site targets
• Contributing to a strong safety culture

What You Will Need

• Proven experience operating KOMATSU 730E/830E/930E Electric Haul Trucks and CAT 789 Mechanical Haul Trucks on a signed skills list
• Current Standard 11
• Current Coal Board Medical
• Valid Driver's Licence
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
