Job summary

Minecon Recruitment Pty is recruiting Multi Skilled Operators for a mine site near Clermont, Bowen Basin. You will operate CAT Graders, Water Carts and Rear Dump Trucks in a safety-focused environment with a 7:7 Day/Night roster and 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Multi Skilled Operators with proven experience on CAT Graders, Water Carts and Rear Dump Trucks.
• RIIs / Signed-off Skills List for relevant machinery.
• Current Standard 11.
• Current Coal Board Medical.
• Valid C Class Driver's Licence.
• Ability to pass an Instant drug and alcohol assessment.
• Strong commitment to workplace health, safety, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Operate CAT Graders, Water Carts and Rear Dump Trucks across the Bowen Basin mine site.
• Maintain high safety and efficiency standards in daily operations.
• Uphold roster requirements and deliver on long-term, stable employment.
• Adhere to site rules and complete tasks within 12-hour shifts for 7:7 rotations.

About the Role

Are you an experienced Multi Skilled Operators looking for a secure, long-term role with competitive pay?

We are currently seeking skilled and safety-focused Operators for ongoing, full-time opportunities at a mine site near Clermont. Work with high-performing crews operating top-tier heavy production equipment in the Bowen Basin.

Equipment Fleet:

You will be operating modern, well-maintained heavy production machinery:

Rear Dump Trucks: CAT 789 & 777

Please note that we are looking for multi skilled operators who have experience on Graders and Water Carts – other machinery experience in a bonus.
