Job summary

Smile Partners is seeking a commercially driven leader to oversee two orthodontic practices in Maroubra and Kincumber, with Maroubra as the primary location. You’ll lead day-to-day operations, develop a high-performing team, and drive patient experience and business growth.

Working with the Orthodontist and regional leadership, you’ll manage revenue, costs, and workflows across sites, while upholding clinical standards and delivering excellent patient care.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to operate autonomously while aligning to organisational strategy.
• Strong commercial acumen with budgeting, targets, and metrics.
• Experience leading multi-site healthcare teams.
• Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and driving change.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of two practices in Maroubra and Kincumber, with Maroubra as the primary location.
• Build and develop a high-performing team culture driving accountability and patient outcomes.
• Own practice performance focusing on revenue growth, cost management, and operational efficiency.
• Partner with the Orthodontist to lead daily operations and an outstanding patient experience.
• Collaborate with Smile Partners leadership to implement strategic initiatives and improve performance.
• Take local ownership of the patient journey, lead lead management, conversion, and satisfaction.
• Lead people and performance management including rostering, development, coaching and engagement.
• Ensure compliance and clinical standards across both locations.
