Unison is a fashion brand redefining modern Australian style. We are seeking a Dual SiteConcession Manager to join our Myer & David Jones Warringah concession pads, driving a customer-focused culture and elevating the in-store experience.

As a permanent full-time role with a Tuesday-Saturday roster, you will mentor a team of up to 10, optimise rosters and stock, and partner with state leadership to deliver profitable operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams of up to 10 in a fast-paced store.
• Strong leadership to motivate and mentor the team.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen to exceed sales, wages and shrinkage KPI’s.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.

Responsibilities

• Drive a customer-focused culture, creating a memorable and seamless experience with every interaction.
• Engage and empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration.
• Work with State Leadership to build an effective and profitable store.
• Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators.
• Drive operational excellence, manage rosters and prepare back-of-house administration.
