Unison Label in Sydney is seeking a Dual Site Concession Manager to drive a customer-focused experience across our Myer & David Jones Warringah concessions. You will lead the team, coach staff and partner with state leadership to grow profitability.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong merchandising sense and ability to manage rosters and back-of-house operations. This permanent full-time position offers career development and bonus potential.

• Experience in managing teams of up to 10 team members in a fast-paced store.
• Strong leadership with ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with ability to exceed sales, wages and shrinkage KPI’s and budgets.
• Eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
