Anglicare Sydney is seeking a Driver / Store Worker to support our Toys ’n’ Tucker program at Minchinbury. You will collect, sort and deliver donated food, toys and gifts, helping ensure Christmas hampers reach families in need.

This is a hands-on, seasonal role that works with a supportive team and volunteers. You'll operate safely, handle goods, and join a compassionate community dedicated to making a difference during the festive season, with opportunities to grow within a values-led

Competenze

• A current NSW Class C Driver Licence with a good driving record.
• Physical ability to safely undertake the manual handling and operational requirements of the role.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• A valid Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain one.

As our Driver / Store Worker, you’ll play an important role in bringing the joy of Christmas to families experiencing hardship through Anglicare’s much-loved Toys ’n’ Tucker program. Every Christmas, our team collects, sorts and distributes donated food, toys and gifts to thousands of families who may otherwise go without. Based at our Minchinbury facility, you’ll help ensure these generous donations reach the people who need them, making a meaningful difference during the festive season. Your opportunity

This is a rewarding, hands‑on opportunity to join our Toys ’n’ Tucker team during one of the busiest and most meaningful times of the year. You’ll support the collection, sorting, handling and distribution of donated food, toys and other goods, helping ensure Christmas hampers and gifts are prepared and delivered efficiently. Working both independently and alongside a supportive team, you’ll contribute to the smooth operation of the program while treating every donation with care and respect.
