Job summary

Supagas in New South Wales is seeking a motivated Driver Trainer to deliver skills-based and compliance-driven training across NSW branches. The role is primarily field-based, Sydney-based, offering autonomy to plan and manage your schedule while promoting safe, compliant driving practices.

You will develop, deliver and assess training programs for drivers and frontline staff, review materials for changes, and track outcomes in the LMS, supporting continuous improvement and operational

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training to drivers, ideally in transport or related industries.
• Mentor drivers and provide safety-focused training.
• Cert IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) or working towards it.
• HR Driver Licence.
• MC Driver Licence is highly regarded.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver, and assess training programs for new and existing employees across NSW sites, with a focus on safety and operational compliance.
• Review and improve training materials in line with legislative, operational, and industry changes.
• Conduct training needs analysis and design tailored learning solutions to address skill gaps.
• Manage training documentation and competency profiles, monitoring employee progress.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster continuous learning and operational improvement.
• Track and report training outcomes in the LMS, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
