Job summary

Graduate School of Motoring in Townsville, QLD, is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Driver Trainers. We offer flexible hours and opportunities for part-time, casual or full-time work, with full support and mentoring to gain qualifications and accreditation.

You will work one-on-one with learner drivers, helping them develop skills, confidence and safe driving habits while contributing to safer roads and a rewarding career.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, professional and approachable.
• Enjoy helping others learn and succeed.
• Must hold a Queensland Driver Licence with a safe driving history.
• Minimum of 3 years of safe driving history.
• Driving record with 4–6 demerit points or fewer.
• Must hold or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with learner drivers to develop skills, confidence and safe driving habits.
