Job summary

Onroad Driving Education is seeking flexible, independent Driving Instructors to join our team in Townsville. Deliver high-quality driving lessons, teach NSW road rules, and prep learners for tests, with full office and admin support and a steady stream of bookings.

Ideal candidates have a current Townsville driving instructor license, a reliable vehicle, and strong communication. You must be able to manage your own schedule and work independently.

Qualifications

• Current Townsville City QLD Driving Instructor License.
• Reliable and well-maintained vehicle (dual controls preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage your schedule and work independently.
• Valid Australian driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality driving lessons to learners of all skill levels.

• Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service at all times.

About the Candidate

• Current Townsville City QLD Driving Instructor License
• Reliable and well-maintained vehicle (dual controls preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid Australian driver's license
• Ability to manage your schedule and work independently

Desirable (Not Mandatory):

• Experience teaching or coaching learners
• Experience supporting NDIS participants
• Multilingual skills (highly valued) especially Dari, Farsi and Arabic
• Certificate IV in Transport & Logistics (TLI41225) or similar
