Job summary

National Capital Motors in Canberra is seeking a motivated individual to join our parts delivery and warehouse team. You will be responsible for efficient delivery of parts to trade customers in the ACT and surrounding areas, and assist in day-to-day warehouse duties with a focus on accuracy and customer service.

About you

To provide an efficient, reliable service delivering parts to our trade customers in the ACT and surrounding areas, assist in day-to-day warehouse duties.

Provide a professional, reliable and efficient operation of the sale, receipt and dispatch of replacement parts and cleanliness of the warehouse area, whilst providing quality customer service to meet or exceed customer expectations.

Deliveries

Provide a high level of customer service through efficient and timely delivery of goods to internal/external customers

Accurately check and receipt all freight

Ensure delivery runs are loaded and ready for dispatch in accordance with set down schedules

Training will be provided to maintain and improve product knowledge.

Experience / skills and attributes
