Job summary

Cleanaway Waste Management in Numurkah, VIC is seeking experienced Heavy Vehicle Drivers for permanent, full-time work across the region. You will operate a Side Lift truck for residential waste collections and deliver loads to recycling and disposal facilities.

Daily prestart checks, maintain vehicle presentation, and provide friendly, professional service to the community. The role requires a valid HR licence and a strong safety record; overtime, weekends, and public holidays may be required.

The Opportunity

Based at our Numurkah VIC depot, we are seeking experienced Truck Drivers / Heavy Vehicle Drivers for full-time work performing essential services throughout the region.

• Operate Side Lift truck for residential waste collections
• Delivering loads to dedicated recycling and disposal facilities
• Daily prestart and maintenance checks on vehicles and equipment
• Maintaining presentation of the vehicle, inside and out
• Providing friendly and professional service to the community
• Working independently while being part of a supportive team

About You

• A valid HR licence
• Strong commitment to safety and a clean driving record
• Waste industry experience is an advantage
• Reliable, have a good attitude and keen to learn
• Flexible to work overtime, weekends or public holidays as required
• Team player who works well with others
