Job summary

Boral is seeking a reliable Agitator Driver at our Dubbo Concrete Plant to deliver concrete safely and professionally. You will operate an agitator truck, perform pre-starts, manage slump adjustments and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

• HR licence is essential
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and safe work practices
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills

• Experience driving heavy vehicles in construction/related industries desirable
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Safely operating an agitator truck to deliver concrete to customer sites

Your day will involve:

• Safely operating an agitator truck to deliver concrete to customer sites
• Completing daily pre-starts and vehicle inspections
• Managing slump adjustments and safe concrete discharge procedures
• Building positive relationships with customers and site personnel
• Maintaining delivery documentation and compliance requirements
• Working closely with Batchers, Allocators and Plant teams to ensure efficient operations
• Demonstrating a strong commitment to Boral's safety values and standards
• Maintaining a clean and well-presented vehicle

What are we looking for?

• Current HR licence (essential)
