Boral is seeking an Agitator Driver based at the Ballina Concrete Plant to deliver quality concrete across the region, ensuring safety and excellent service for residential and commercial projects. The role emphasizes safe driving, timely deliveries, and accurate documentation.

The position offers permanent, full-time employment with overtime, a monthly Rostered Day Off, comprehensive training, and wellbeing initiatives, with clear career pathways into additional operational roles.

Qualifications

• Current HR driver's licence and heavy vehicle driving experience.
• Construction White Card held by the candidate.
• Strong safety focus and ability to deliver value to customers.
• Reliable, team-focused with clear communication.
• Interest in construction or concrete industry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily vehicle safety inspections and maintain high safety standards.
• Operate agitator trucks safely and efficiently across delivery sites.
• Manage concrete slump tolerances and discharge procedures (training provided).
• Deliver concrete to customers while providing outstanding service and site support.
• Complete delivery documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate with Production, Allocations and customers to ensure smooth operations.
• Represent Boral positively through professional and safe work practices.

As an Agitator Driver based at our Ballina Concrete Plant, you'll play an important role in delivering quality concrete to residential, commercial, and major infrastructure projects across the region. Whether it's a new driveway, school, bridge, or community facility, you'll take pride in safely delivering our products and providing exceptional service to our customers every day.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily vehicle safety inspections and maintain high safety standards
• Operate agitator trucks safely and efficiently across a variety of delivery sites
• Manage concrete slump tolerances and discharge procedures (full training provided)
• Deliver concrete to customers while providing outstanding service and site support
• Complete delivery documentation accurately and efficiently
• Communicate effectively with Production, Allocations and customers to ensure smooth operations
• Represent Boral positively through professional and safe work practices

What you'll bring

• Current HR Driver's Licence with heavy vehicle driving experience
• Construction White Card
• A strong commitment to safety and customer service
• Reliable, team-focused approach with excellent communication skills
• Interest in the construction or concrete industry (experience is advantageous but not essential)
