Job summary

Boral is seeking a reliable Agitator Driver at the Dubbo Concrete Plant to deliver concrete safely, efficiently and professionally. You will be the face of Boral to customers, performing pre-starts, inspections and slump adjustments while maintaining our safety and service standards.

You will work with Batchers, Allocators and Plant teams to ensure smooth operations, maintain documentation and demonstrate a strong safety culture within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Current HR licence (essential)
• Strong commitment to safety and safe work practices
• Customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work overtime and occasional Saturday shifts
• Experience driving heavy vehicles in construction/transport or related industries is desirable
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Safely operating an agitator truck to deliver concrete to customer sites
