Job summary

Hy-Tec is seeking an experienced MC-licenced Driver for a full-time permanent role at the Smeaton Grange site. The role involves loading and delivering raw materials used in concrete and aggregates, with a strong emphasis on safety and reliability.

You will cover relief shifts for B-Double Tankers, Tippers and agitator trucks, and maintain vehicle condition while delivering to various sites. Training is provided to grow in a secure industry.

Qualifications

• Current MC drivers’ licence and be able to provide driver licence history check

• Previous tipper and tanker experience advantageous but not required
• Building/concrete industry experience advantageous but not required

Job description

Hy-Tec is seeking an experienced Multi-Combination (MC) licenced Driver for a full-time permanent role based primarily at our Smeaton Grange site. This position involves providing relief shift cover for B-Double Tankers, Tippers, and Agitator trucks as needed. The role includes the loading and delivery of raw materials used in concrete and aggregate production to various local sites, as well as general vehicle maintenance and upkeep.

We're looking for someone with a strong commitment to safety, who enjoys working with a diverse range of people and can take responsibility for delivering materials safely and efficiently. While prior MC driving experience (minimum 12 months) is essential, we offer comprehensive training to help expand your skills within a secure and growing industry. This is a great opportunity for a reliable and safety-focused driver looking to build a long-term career.

This role is available working Monday to Friday with rostered Saturdays as necessary.
