Job summary

Hy-Tec, a leading supplier of premixed concrete, aggregates and sands, is seeking an experienced MC-licensed Driver based at our Smeaton Grange site in NSW. This full-time role involves loading and delivering raw materials to local sites, with a strong emphasis on safety and reliable service, and opportunities to grow within Adbri Limited.

The position is Monday to Friday with rostered Saturdays as necessary, and includes comprehensive training to support long-term career development.

Qualifications

The role

Hy-Tec is seeking an experienced Multi-Combination (MC) licenced Driver for a full-time permanent role based primarily at our Smeaton Grange site. This position involves providing relief shift cover for B-Double Tankers, Tippers, and Agitator trucks as needed. The role includes the loading and delivery of raw materials used in concrete and aggregate production to various local sites, as well as general vehicle maintenance and upkeep.

We're looking for someone with a strong commitment to safety, who enjoys working with a diverse range of people and can take responsibility for delivering materials safely and efficiently. While prior MC driving experience (minimum 12 months) is essential, we offer comprehensive training to help expand your skills within a secure and growing industry. This is a great opportunity for a reliable and safety-focused driver looking to build a long-term career.

This role is available working Monday to Friday with rostered Saturdays as necessary.

What You Will Need To Succeed

• Current MC drivers' licence and be able to provide driver licence history check - essential
• A reliable team player attitude with a focus on customer service
• Strong work ethic and sense of integrity to allow you to work independently
• Previous tipper and tanker experience advantageous but not required
• Relevant building/concrete industry experience advantageous but not required
