Job summary

Coates, Erskine Park branch, is seeking a hands-on yard/delivery specialist to safely transport and manage Coates equipment across site locations. You will load/unload on tilt trays, apply load restraints, and maintain efficient storage and a tidy yard.

Applicants should demonstrate a valid Heavy Rigid license, rigging/dogging or CV crane tickets, knowledge of NSW NHVR rules, and a strong safety mindset with excellent customer service and physical fitness.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Heavy Rigid license. (Wide/ Oversize loading experience advantageous)
• Rigging and Dogging ticketed experience- highly preferred
• Vehicle Crane (CV) ticket with experience loading and unloading- highly regarded
• Solid understanding of Wide/ Oversize load restrictions and transportation in compliance with NHVR
• Wide knowledge of Sydney metro area
• A clean driving record and a commitment to the importance of safety – you are an expert on the chain of responsibility
• Reliable customer service skills
• Physically fit: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.

• Solid understanding of heavy vehicle and load restraint procedures

• Perform general yard duties ensuring an organised and safe yard

This role, based out of our Erskine Park branch is often the face of Coates and requires exceptionalcustomer service and professionalism, as well as working to tight deadlines and ensuring and maintaining a high standard of safety.
