Job summary

DRC Drilling in Australia is seeking an experienced Surface Drilling Supervisor to oversee drilling operations, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and manage a team of Diamond and RC drillers and assistants.

You will coordinate planning, execution, and review, monitor equipment, and work with engineers and geologists to meet project objectives while maintaining detailed safety and progress logs.

Qualifications

• Cert IV in Drilling Operations.
• Proven experience as a Drilling Supervisor with a strong Diamond and RC history.
• Strong knowledge of drilling techniques, equipment, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work in challenging and remote environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate drilling activities, including planning, execution, and review.
• Ensure all drilling operations comply with safety regulations and company policies.

• Conduct regular inspections of drill sites and drilling equipment and ensure maintenance schedules are met

Role Overview:
As a Surface Drilling Supervisor at DRC Drilling, you will oversee Drilling Operations to ensure they are conducted efficiently, safely, and according to company and regulatory standards. You will manage a team of Diamond and Reverse Circulation Drillers and Driller Assistants, communicate closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve safe and efficient Drilling programs.
