Job summary

Lucas Drilling is seeking an experienced Driller Offsider to join our field division. You will provide essential support to drilling operations, assist in the setup, operation and maintenance of drilling equipment, and collaborate with the team to ensure safe practices.

This role offers challenging, hands-on work across 12-hour shifts with FIFO from Brisbane Airport. The ideal candidate will have previous Driller Offsider experience, strong mechanical aptitude, an unrestricted HR license, and a

• Previous experience as a Driller Offsider or in a similar Offsider role.
• Mechanical aptitude and a safety-focused mindset.
• Current Unrestricted HR license.
• First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain.
• Standard 11 mining induction or commitment to obtaining.

We are looking for both Fixed Term (12 months) and Casual employees.

• Standard 11 mining induction or a commitment to obtaining one
• Dedication to maintaining a high level of safety standards
