Job summary
Daltech is seeking a Product Support Advisor - Drills to join our on-site/off-site role. You will conduct repairs and maintenance on client-site drills, troubleshoot breakdowns, and liaise between drill fitters and the engineering support team.
This full‑time or casual position offers a 50/50 split between field tools and office tasks, with Australian work rights and a range of allowances and benefits included.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in troubleshooting, diagnostics and maintenance repairs of drills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct repairs & maintenance, breakdowns, shuts & all-round product support on client-site drills.
- Act as the link between drill fitters and the engineering support team.
