Job summary

FMS Group's Bowen Basin Diesel Division is seeking an experienced Drill Fitter to service heavy mining equipment, diagnose and repair Sandvik drills and other heavy machinery, and uphold safety while delivering high-quality service on a 7:7 roster with an immediate start.

The successful applicant will have a relevant trade qualification, Coal Board Medical, Standard 11, a current driver's licence, and proven ability to work with management and clients in a safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification and mining experience required.
• Sandvik Drill experience essential.
• Coal Board Medical and Standard 11 Attainment required.
• Current Driver's Licence is essential.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to liaise with management and clients while maintaining safety.

We Want You

Experienced Drill Fitter wanted to join our Diesel Division in the Bowen Basin. You will have previous experience working on heavy machinery within a mining environment. Preferred fleet experience includes Sandvik Drills. This is a 7:7 Rostered opportunity with an immediate start. With a proactive attitude towards safety and your ability to diagnose and repair heavy machinery, you will provide a high standard of service to our clients. This is a great opportunity to work with a company who appreciates their people and continues to demonstrate continued growth.

The Successful Applicant, Will Have

• Relevant Trade Qualification
