One Man Group Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Architectural Draftsperson to join our Sydney team. You will lead residential drafting, production of construction documents, and manage development approvals from concept through to construction.

Expertise in Revit and AutoCAD, along with strong BIM knowledge and attention to detail, will support accurate documentation and successful approvals across DA/CDC pathways. A proactive communicator with multi-project capacity is preferred.

Formación

• A relevant qualification in Architectural Drafting, Building Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in architectural drafting within the residential construction sector, with strong capability in end-to-end project documentation.
• Strong knowledge of residential architecture, interior design, tender documentation, and approval pathways, including CDC and DA applications.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• Solid understanding of BIM workflows, construction detailing, and documentation standards.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare concept designs and documentation for Development Applications (DA) and Complying Development Certificates (CDC)
• Produce detailed residential drawings, construction documentation, and tender packages using Revit and AutoCAD
• Prepare layouts, specifications, material schedules, and construction documents in accordance with project requirements
• Revise and update drawings and documentation to reflect design changes, compliance requirements, and construction modifications
• Maintain CAD and BIM standards and ensure all project documentation is accurate, current, and properly managed
• Liaise with clients, consultants, councils, certifiers, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout design and approval stages
• Prepare 3D models, visualisations, and walkthrough presentations to support design development and client presentations
• Contribute to workflow improvements and implementation of new technologies to enhance design and documentation efficiency

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Architectural Draftsperson to join our growing team in Sydney. This role is suited to a highly skilled professional with substantial experience in residential drafting, construction documentation, and development approval processes.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in preparing design documentation and supporting residential projects from concept development through approvals and construction.

Key Responsibilities
