Job summary
Daracon Group is seeking an experienced Dozer Operator to join our Plant Operations team. The role involves operating dozers across civil construction and mining projects in Newcastle, the Hunter and surrounding regions.
Candidates should have D6–D10 dozer experience, familiarity with machine control systems (Caterpillar Grade Control, Trimble Earthworks), and a strong safety mindset. Willingness to travel to remote project locations is required.
Qualifications
- Experience operating dozers from D6 to D10 in civil/mining environments.
- Familiar with machine control systems including Caterpillar Grade Control and Trimble Earthworks.
- Ability to perform bulk earthworks and final trim to specification.
- Commitment to safety, quality and environmental standards.
- Current competencies and site-based operating experience.
- Current driver's licence and ability to work across project locations.
- Willingness to work away from home on remote projects when required.

- Operate dozers across civil construction and mining projects.
- Carry out bulk earthworks, batters, rehabilitation and final trim to specification.
- Collaborate with supervisors and site personnel to ensure quality and safety.
