PCH Civil, a Western Australian civil contractor, seeks an experienced Skilled Dozer Operator to support major civil and mining projects across the state. You will operate a dozer and be competent on a grader when needed, using GPS designs and maintaining strict accuracy to levels and site specs.

Qualifications

• Experience with dozer operation and a safety-first approach.
• Ability to operate a grader when required and follow GPS designs precisely.

Responsibilities

• Operate dozers safely and efficiently on civil and mining projects.
• Work to GPS designs, levels, and site specifications.
• Communicate with truck operators to maintain safe operations.
• Perform daily pre-start inspections and plant checks.
• Identify and report equipment defects or maintenance needs.
• Collaborate with supervisors, surveyors, and site crews.
• Support grader operation and other mobile plant when required.
• Adhere to client and company safety requirements.
