Gold Fields in Western Australia seeks an experienced surface mining dozer operator to shape pits, dumps and stockpiles at the St Ives Gold Mine. You will work safely on site and maintain high housekeeping standards while contributing to production targets.
The role is residential in Kambalda/Kalgoorlie with a strong focus on safety, efficiency and teamwork. Eligible candidates may access relocation support and other site benefits.
In this role, you will play a key part in surface production, operating dozers to shape pits, dumps, and stockpiles while working safely and efficiently as part of our Surface Mining team at our owner-operated St Ives Gold Mine.
Up to six months’ free, company-provided accommodation may be available for eligible candidates from under-represented groups (for example, women in mining and Indigenous Australians) relocating to Kambalda for permanent roles. Accommodation includes basic furnishings and utilities and is subject to availability and housing policy, with support available to assist with transitioning to a lease after the initial six-month period. Eligibility and final terms will be discussed during the recruitment process.
