Job summary

WorkPac Group is seeking a Multi-Skilled Operator for a 7/7 roster at a Queensland open-cut mine. You will operate D10 and D11 dozers and production diggers, using site technology while maintaining a strong safety mindset and teamwork.

The role offers camp accommodation and meals, with immediate start and long-term opportunities within a leading mining company.

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy equipment in mining environments.

• Current Standard 11 Induction is required.
• Current Coal Board Medical (CBM) is required.

With over 100 years of operation within Australia, they mine metallurgical coal across seven sites within their Queensland Operations in the Bowen Basin with with local, DIDO and FIFO opportunities available.

What You Will Be Doing

WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Multi-Skilled Operator to join the production team on a 7/7 roster working C Crew. This role will see you operating D10/D11 Dozers and production Diggers in a busy open-cut mining environment. The successful candidate will be a safety-focused operator with strong technical capability, a positive attitude, and confidence using computer-based systems and technology onsite.

What You Will Need

• Demonstrated experience operating D10 and D11 Dozers
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn and utilise site technology systems
• Positive attitude with a strong commitment to safety and teamwork
• Current Standard 11 Induction
• Current Coal Board Medical (CBM)
